The National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB), formerly known as the National Pharmaceutical Control Laboratory, was set up in October 1978 under the quality control activity of Pharmacy and Supply Programme.  The National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB) was set up in October 1978 under the quality activity of Pharmacy and Supply Programme. This institution was established to implement quality control on pharmaceutical products. NPCB is a government agency in Malaysia that regulates pharmaceutical, natural (traditional) and cosmetic products. The NPCB is responsible for ensuring the quality, efficacy and safety of pharmaceutical products, as well as the quality and safety of natural (traditional) products and cosmetics marketed in the country.

In this website  we can check whether the product is registered under NPCB. This can be done  by clicking the "Quest" button and in the website and all you need is to key in the registration number of the product or put in the name of the product and BAAAMMM!!! all the info that you need to know will pop up.

You can also find all the information about the drug exactly like in the leaflet. These leaflets are targeted for the consumer, containing the information on how to take the drug works, how to use it, what precautions to take, use of the drug in pregnancy, what to do if you miss a dose, and any possible side effects or interactions.
